Here's how it works:
First call or email us. Let us know the problems you are having with your device.
We may be able to diagnose it and fix it remotely.
If not, we will email you a label and mail you a secure box.
Print the label and carefully place your device in the box.
Tape the label to the box and take the box to your closest FedEx store. You will not be charged anything to mail your device to us.
Once your device is received, it will be diagnosed, repaired, and sent back to you in a matter of days.
You will only be charged after your device is returned to you, and you have verified that it is working appropriately.
